Why an AliExpress spreadsheet site

People searching for an AliExpress spreadsheet usually want one of two things. Some want a list of good AliExpress listings they can order directly, with AliExpress's refunds and returns behind them. Others have a community sheet full of Taobao and Weidian links and want to know whether an agent beats AliExpress on price. Most sites answer only one of those questions, and many of the sheets in circulation point to agents that have since closed.

This site answers both, always from the AliExpress buyer's side. Each agent page asks what that agent gives you that an AliExpress order doesn't, and what it takes away. Each store page says whether you can buy there directly or need an agent. The country pages compare delivery, VAT and duty for an AliExpress order and an agent box. The tools — status board, duty calculator, size converter and link converter — cover the questions we were asked most often.

How AliExpress and the agents are checked

At every update we go through the same list, on the same day, for every agent on the status board:

1. The agent's own site. Whether it loads normally and accepts a pasted Weidian or Taobao link.
2. Independent trackers, mainly rep.tools and KakoGuide, for closures, fee changes and storage terms.
3. Trustpilot: score, number of reviews, date of the newest one, and what complaints keep coming up.
4. Published terms: fee pages, storage and return rules, and shipping-line descriptions.

For AliExpress itself we reread the Buyer Protection terms (15-day not-as-described window, free returns within 15 days on eligible items), the checkout tax rules for the US, UK, EU and Australia, and regulatory news such as the EU's Digital Services Act case. At the latest check 23 agents were working, 3 showed mixed signals and 2 were offline; CNFans, Pandabuy have closed.

Verdict: Every figure on this site either has a source beside it or at the foot of the page, or is computed on the page from stated inputs.

How 600 listings became 539 finds

The product tiles and the product table come from repbuysheet.com, a catalog of 10,000+ items. We took 600 listings and ran every one through the same checks before anything went live:

Counts produced by the cleaning script and checked again at build time; if they stop adding up, the build fails.

Photos are the sellers' listing images, not our QC photos, and prices are the catalog's figures on the day of the check. The tiles are Weidian listings, bought through an agent; the AliExpress sections of the site describe how to buy on AliExpress directly. We don't sell anything on this site.

How the site earns money

Two ways, both disclosed on every page. Product tiles link to repbuysheet.com as sponsored links, marked that way for readers and search engines. And some readers message us on WhatsApp to have an item bought and shipped for them instead of opening an agent account. There's no advertising network, no payment from AliExpress, Alibaba Group or any agent, and no agent's status depends on a referral scheme.

The four tools run inside your browser and send nothing to us. The privacy policy sets out what little data the site handles.

Corrections

AliExpress changes its programmes and checkout rules often, and agents change fees and lines without notice. If something here is out of date — an agent that has reopened or gone quiet, a tax line that looks different at your checkout, a find whose listing has gone — tell us. Reports from real orders catch what trackers miss, and verified corrections go in promptly.
