Why is RizzitGO rated 4.5 by customers and 3.0 by KakoGuide?

A 4.5 on Trustpilot and a 3.0 from an independent reviewer aren't contradictory; they measure different things. Trustpilot measures how customers felt about their orders. KakoGuide measures how much of the business you can verify.

Happy customers are real evidence that orders arrive. Anonymous ownership and unpublished terms are real evidence that, if something goes wrong, there's little to hold on to. Both are true of RizzitGO. The sensible response is to use it the way the evidence supports: small orders, paid by a method you can dispute.

Verdict: RizzitGO delivers for most reviewers, but it's hard to verify. Small orders only until that changes.

RizzitGO's shipping price comes after purchase

The complaint that comes up most in both sources is shipping cost: the price for the international leg is revealed after you've bought the items, and some buyers found it higher than they expected. RizzitGO has a freight calculator on its site, and 'how to use freight calculator on RizzitGO' is a real search, but a calculator is only as good as the weight you give it.

With AliExpress, shipping is part of the checkout: you see it per store before paying. At RizzitGO, the order of events is reversed. The protection is to estimate conservatively before buying — assume the heavier line and add volumetric weight for anything boxed — and to ask for the packed weight and dimensions before accepting the shipping quote. If the quote is out of line, that's the moment to remove an item or choose a slower line.

Verdict: Price the shipping before you buy the items, not after. Assume the higher estimate.

RizzitGO, Fansbuy and GTBuy — related?

Searches link RizzitGO with Fansbuy and GTBuy — 'rizzitgo.fansbuy.gtbuy' appears as a single query — which suggests people see them as related. We found no public source establishing a common owner. The likelier explanation is that the three were promoted together by the same creators or spreadsheets. Treat each as a separate business with its own terms; see our GTBuy page for that one.

RizzitGO also doesn't appear in JadeShip's directory and has almost no Reddit footprint, according to KakoGuide. Neither is a red flag in itself — plenty of young agents grow through TikTok instead — but it means fewer independent reports to check.

Five checks before a first RizzitGO order

Before a first RizzitGO order:

1. Type rizzitgo.com yourself. Newer agents are easy to imitate.
2. Order two or three light items, such as ones from the under-$20 sheet.
3. Screenshot the fee line at checkout, since there's no published table.
4. Ask for weight and dimensions before paying shipping; compare with the calculator.
5. Use coupons only on rizzitgo.com; 'rizzitgo coupons' is a common search and codes on other sites may not be genuine.

Customs paperwork: the gap KakoGuide flagged

KakoGuide makes one more point that matters to AliExpress shoppers: it found no RizzitGO documentation on how parcels are handled under the 2025–2026 customs changes — the end of the US $800 allowance and the EU's €3-per-category duty from July 2026. AliExpress shows import charges at checkout on many US orders and collects EU VAT through IOSS, so the tax part of the price is settled before you pay.

At RizzitGO, assume tax will be collected on delivery unless a line is explicitly sold as tax-included. For a US parcel that means possible duty plus a carrier's handling fee; for an EU parcel, VAT at your country's rate plus €3 per category.
