This is the site's index. It lists 5 AliExpress category sheets (shoes, clothes, accessories, football shirts, under $20), 30 buying agents each compared with ordering on AliExpress, and 11 other stores, with a note on whether you buy there directly or need an agent. Of the agents we track, 23 were working at our check on September 29, 2026, 3 had mixed signals and 4 were offline or closed. Rule of thumb: AliExpress, DHgate, Temu and SHEIN ship to you directly; Taobao, Weidian and 1688 need an agent.

Which buying agents still work?

Agents matter to AliExpress shoppers because they're the only route to Taobao, Weidian and 1688, where many items are cheaper or exclusive. They also hold your money as a balance, so their health is your risk. Here's the full list, each linked to its own comparison with AliExpress:

How do the working agents compare on fees and storage?

Fees are the smallest part of an agent haul's cost; freight, exchange rate and duty matter more. But fees and storage do separate the agents, and some publish far more than others:

Trustpilot figures were read between Sept 26 and 29, 2026; 'score hidden' means Trustpilot pulled the rating over guideline breaches. A dash means no source we could check.

Verdict: If a store ships abroad, compare its returns with AliExpress's. If it doesn't, you need a green agent.

Which stores need an agent?

Taobao (for the UK and EU), Weidian and 1688, because they don't ship abroad. AliExpress, DHgate, Temu, SHEIN, Hacoo and Amazon ship to you directly.

Which agents are working?

At our last check, 23 were working normally. The status table above and the status board show which, with sources.

Which agent is cheapest?

It depends on the marketplace and your parcel. Agents with no fee on Taobao or 1688 (such as Superbuy) differ from those with no fee on Weidian; freight usually matters more than the fee.

Is AliExpress safer than an agent?

After delivery, yes: AliExpress has refunds and 15-day free returns on eligible items. An agent protects you earlier, with QC photos before shipping.

Can I use one spreadsheet with any agent?

Yes, once the links are original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 listings. The link converter does that for a whole column.
