ACBuy Spreadsheet: A Disputed Status, and How to Move Rows and Parcels Elsewhere

Is ACBuy closed or still running?

Here is everything we checked, with the direction each points:

Checked September 28–29, 2026. taobot.io confirms ACBuy and AllChinaBuy are separate companies.

A website that loads is not proof that orders are being processed; CNFans' site kept loading after it stopped buying from Weidian. But a single third-party listing is not proof of closure either, especially when the same source has mixed up ACBuy and AllChinaBuy before. The honest reading is 'uncertain', which on our status board is yellow.

Verdict: Don't treat ACBuy as closed, and don't treat it as safe. Treat it as a risk you can avoid by moving your links.

ACBuy or AllChinaBuy — which one closed?

Two agents with almost the same initials make for bad rumours. ACBuy (acbuy.com) is the one this page is about. AllChinaBuy (allchinabuy.com) now shows only a maintenance notice that blames a hacker attack, and has for months. Searches such as 'acbuy vs allchinabuy' exist because buyers keep asking whether they are the same business; taobot.io's answer is that they are separate sites.

When a post says 'ACB is dead', check which one it means. If it links to allchinabuy.com, the claim is accurate for that company and tells you nothing about ACBuy. Our AllChinaBuy page covers what to do with that agent's links.

Can you ship an ACBuy parcel to a different agent?

'Ship parcel to a different agent ACBuy' is one of the most searched ACBuy phrases, and the honest answer has two parts. Rows move freely: a spreadsheet row is just a marketplace item, and any agent buys it from the original link. Parcels are harder. Items already bought and sitting in ACBuy's warehouse belong to an ACBuy order, and agents don't transfer stock between each other.

The one route that sometimes works is a domestic shipment: if ACBuy lets you send a parcel to an address inside China, you can give it the receiving agent's warehouse address, and the receiving agent logs it as an incoming forwarding parcel. Whether ACBuy offers domestic shipping on your order, and what it charges, is something to confirm with ACBuy support in writing before paying. The receiving agent has its own rules too — how many days of free storage a forwarded parcel gets, and whether it will photograph the contents.

Verdict: Move rows today and let parcels already in the warehouse ship from ACBuy if they can. Only route a parcel to another agent once both sides have confirmed it in writing.

What should you do with an ACBuy spreadsheet now?

ACBuy spreadsheets are some of the most shared lists online — 'acbuy spreadsheet' is searched more than most agent names — so plenty of people are holding one. The rows are still useful; the ACBuy wrapper is the part at risk. A sensible plan:

1. Convert the links. Run the ACBuy column through the link converter to get each original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 listing. Keep the originals in a new column.
2. Sort the rows. Generic items (plain basics, phone accessories, small homeware) usually have close equivalents on AliExpress, with buyer protection and free returns within 15 days. Specific shop finds need an agent.
3. Pick a green agent for the rest, and start with a small order. The spreadsheet index compares them.
4. If you already have money in ACBuy, use it on the next order or request a withdrawal, and keep screenshots of your balance.

Verdict: Move the links now while ACBuy's site still works. It costs nothing if ACBuy turns out fine.

ACBuy against a plain AliExpress order

If ACBuy is running normally for you, how does it compare with simply ordering on AliExpress? The structural differences are the same as for any agent:

The last line is the one that matters while ACBuy's status is unclear. An AliExpress order charges your card for a specific purchase. An agent balance is money parked with the agent, and if the agent stops trading it can be hard to recover. Keep that number low.

Four checks that tell you if ACBuy is processing orders

Status pages, ours included, are snapshots. If you have an ACBuy order in progress, four checks tell you more than any rumour, and together they take about five minutes:

1. Paste a live Weidian link into ACBuy's search. If it returns the product with a price, the buying system is up.
2. Look at your own order timeline. Purchased, arrived at warehouse and QC stages that keep moving are a better sign than anything on social media.
3. Message support with a specific question — the weight of a parcel, say — and time the reply. Silence for several working days is a warning.
4. Sort Trustpilot by newest. A gap of weeks after a steady stream of reviews usually means fewer orders, whatever the cause.

If two of those fail, stop topping up and ask for a withdrawal of whatever balance is left. The same checklist works for any agent, which is why the status board uses a version of it.
